I wear my sethoscope around my neck while at work. Upon placing this Littman on my patients I am able to hear: heart, lung, and bowel sounds with clarity. When co-workers are unable to hear the blood pressure they come to me because they know that my sethoscope allows the faintest sounds to be heard. The doctors have been known to seek me out on the floor so they can use my sethoscope. My sethoscope is several years old. When I sent it in to be refurbished, I could not believe it wasn't a new one! Thanks Littman you are the best!

This stethoscope is highly sensitive. I have used the Cardiology III for years, and this one really compares. It's nice not to have to turn the bell around, time saver too!
