Pros:
28" tub length, Easy to clean, I can hear more easily
Cons:
A Little Pricey, Gets sticky when hot, More stiff around my neck
Best Uses:
Excellant for lung sounds

I would buy a second one if I ever need it.
Highly reccomend for those who have difficulty with hearing lung and heart sounds. This is awesome!!!!
