This scrub jacket washes well. Does not require ironing and hasn't faded. The V-neck has a slimming effect. The only drawback is that I only have one pair of pants that match.

I love the Tafford jackets--especially with the v-necks. But I do wish the sleeves didn't taper in so sharply over the lower arms. I like to push my jacket sleeves up to my elbows and these are too tight to do that. Otherwise it is a great product.
