My normal size is a 16. I purchased a Large (size range 16-18)It's a very generous fit. Since it is 100% cotton, I washed it in hot water and dried in the dryer, but it didn't shrink much. I love the feel of cotton. Great colors. Looks professional, I wear it with black scrub pants.
