Love the shirt. Have received lots of compliments at the hospital. Came with tie strings that go to the back. Was not the cutest when tied so just cut the tie strings off and use for hair bows.

I have a big head, but usually the neckhole size isn't a problem. But I can barely fit my head through this one. Once my head is through, the body is larger than most x-smalls, but it does have a tie-back which helps. So cute though!
