Nice top for work, like the colors. I wear Xtra-small and this top fits more like a small. Very roomy, lots of space to fit a long sleeve t-shirt underneath, but too big to wear by itself.

I usually have to buy an XL due to my chest. This XL I have to return becasue it was too BIG! I am waiting for the LG to see how it fits!
I would say they run true to size if not a little bigger.
