I'm 5'6", 160#. In other support socks, i get XL size to accommodate sock shrinkage. These "one-size-fits-all" fit me, but i don't know that they would stay up on someone thinner. They were VERY comfortable. Did not bind at the top. Washed well without visible shrinkage. I was happy to be able to get black. I went to the site to order more, but they were no longer available :(
